What’s a PEO?
A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) bundles payroll, compliance, HR, and benefits under one umbrella. This allows the PEO to help administer employment-related responsibilities, freeing up valuable time for you. Plus, with the PEO group buying power, you get access to high quality employee benefits and other perks at more affordable rates.
How it works
Discovery Meeting: What’s important to you? What would you like to accomplish? What do you need from a PEO? What do we want to avoid?
PEO RFP: Summit HRO Consulting will work with you to narrow down the evaluation to 3-4 PEOs that fit your specific needs. We compile your data, submit to all potential PEO partners and manage the RFP process. Proposals are delivered back to SHROC for analysis.
PEO Analysis: Financial and Service analysis of the select PEOs in a format that makes it easy to compare. This will help us better define the fit and narrow down the options.
Finalist Evaluation: Meet with the contenders to review details: Technology demo, Meet their service teams, Review proposals, Discuss benefit strategies, etc.
Design & Implementation: Once you’ve decided on a PEO, Summit HROC will negotiate on your behalf to insure the best possible terms and pricing. We then work with you and your PEO partner to insure a smooth implementation transition.
